Studio Bookings
All bookings for studio hire (rehearsals, recording sessions etc.) are subject to our cancellations policy. If you wish to cancel, alter or reschedule a booking, you must notify us via email to hello@telegrafia.uk.
Booking alterations will be offered subject to availability.
Studio bookings may be cancelled with up to 48 hours notice in advance of the booking start time; a credit note will be issued which may be redeemed against a future booking for up to three calendar months.
Any studio bookings which are cancelled or altered with less than 48 hours notice in advance of the booking start time shall be non-refundable.
Event Tickets
All tickets for events and workshops purchased via the telegrafia.uk website are subject to a 5% payment processing fee, which is included within the advertised price.
Tickets are digital/virtual and delivered via email to the address provided at the point of booking. Your ticket is based on the name of the purchaser and a reference number provided in the ticket confirmation email, both of which should be quoted upon arrival at the venue to validate entry. Photo ID may be requested to ensure you are the rightful ticket holder.
If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else and you as the purchaser will not be in attendance, tickets may be transferred to another attendee. You should notify us via email to hello@telegrafia.uk to advise the name of the person to whom you wish to have your ticket transferred.
If you have purchased tickets to an event and are no longer able to attend, please notify us at the soonest opportunity via email to hello@telegrafia.uk. Requests for ticket cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the advertised start time. You will then receive a refund on your purchase, less 5% of the purchase amount which constitutes a non-refundable payment processing fee. Tickets may not be cancelled or refunded less than 48 hours in advance of the advertised start time, however you may still opt to transfer your ticket to another attendee by following the transferral protocol as detailed above.
If for any reason an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be notified as soon as possible via the email address provided to us at the point of booking, and you will automatically receive a refund of the full amount paid, credited to the account from which initial payment was made. For all refunds please allow up to 10 working days for funds to be returned to your account.
